Milan, 24 June 2026 –MAIRE (MAIRE.MI) announced the signing of a MoU with the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Kazakhstan, Samruk-Kazyna, and the Italo-Kazakh Trade Association (ACIK). This partnership seeks to pioneer the development of a Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) platform in Kazakhstan, supported by Nextchem’s advanced technology and expertise.
Under this agreement, a comprehensive assessment of SAF production feasibility will be conducted, focusing on utilizing HEFA feedstocks readily available in Kazakhstan.
